So I've been dying to get a yellow wavelength laser for some time now and finally funds are decent enough to pursue such fantasies.

Can anyone give some experiences positive and negative with either of these Laserglow Rigels?

Just curious and wanted to hear some input before I drop $500+ on one of these beauties.

I've always heard good from the rigels. I have one coming in the mail soon!

I can't speak on a 589nm version though... but I do know that one is pulsed whereas the 593.5nm is CW. I can't stand pulsed lasers...

I'd go with the 593.5 again if had to choose. I much prefer the look of the AAA host and AAAs are much easier to find than crappy old CR2s.

They're both nice lasers, I have the CW 589 pro version and will probably post a review soon. The regular Rigel I like too but it's not really yellow, more of an orange color. If its on a white surface then it looks kinda amber colored, Where as the 589 is actually yellow. Just remember to duty cycle them.
