Interest in C6 JAD kits, complete kits, or complete lasers

Hi Everyone,
Just looking for some input on what you think people would be more interested in right now. Very soon I will the parts for 20 C6 M140 @ 1.2A lasers, except the diodes. I don't have the ~$1k that I would need to front for that many diodes, so wondering what people would prefer, either full kits/assembled lasers stocked at around 4 at a time, or JAD kits all stocked at once? Probably will end up selling a mix of the two but just interested in knowing what people would like

Since you are in Australia it might be a good idea to not sell complete lasers but I don't know, you probably should just sell JAD kits, just be careful if you sell complete kits or complete lasers, just sell to LPF members or people you know you can trust.

Yeah Aussie Laser Laws are another reason that I'm considering just selling them as JAD kits. If I did end up selling them as complete lasers, it would most definitely be only to people that I trusted. Thanks for your input

I prefer the just add diode so that I can buy the diode already pressed in module with driver from DTR or another seller . I have not taken on more complex builds yet.
