i live in USA can i get the artic?

i noticed that some of the lasers they seem to not ship to USA. I dont see that no USA logo on the artic. will they sell it to me? and is it legal?

Strictly speaking, the Arctic isn't legal to import, because it does not have a FDA accession number.

However, Wicked will attempt to ship it to you by either declaring it as a flashlight or shipping it in two seperate packages.

Be warned- Wicked Lasers is on the FDA's watch list for imports. You are taking a risk by attempting to import. Customs will confiscate your package, and you may also get fined, as customs have been told to search every package on the watch list.

It is illegal, in the US, to posses any lasers over 5mW.
