Housing for IR 300mw 5.6mm

Hi
It may just be me having a moment but I dont seem to be able to find the right housing.
What im after is a housing for a 5.6mm 808nm laser diode with a glass focusing lens. It would be great if it was in the uk but no problem if coming from over seas.

Any standard Aixiz module for 5.6mm diode will do. And you need a heatsink for that 12mm module.

If you know a good supplier for both that would be excellent. If that supplier was in the uk it would be even better (for both aixiz and heatsink).
Or should i just use the bay?
