I don't think you will have much luck finding a pointer in that range, most I have seen are in the 473nm range. And using dpss and not diode.

From time to time I have seen 473nm pointers up for sale in the BST thread. Your best bet it to jump in on Glens CNI GB $273 will get you 2mW pointer
