Well, their ebay listing for the 200mW model still says 473, but I just bought one anyway. I'm thinking about a sound reactive analog controller for color control. Add a couple spiros and turn up the pink floyd!

Just recieved one of these LL RGB toys. I bought the 200mW model. I plan on posting a review next weekend but for now let me just confirm the blue is 445-450 nM NOT 473. But for $123 including shipping, still a pretty darn good deal.

Be glad you're able to get anything blue like this for a reasonable price, I remember when 5mW's of 473nm at $300 was a steal. It's a shame 473nm costs so much, it's such a nicer color than 445nm.

Hej there!!

I got a question regarding these RGB white light laser modules. I was wondering how good is the quality beam (M squared). Does anyone know it?

Thanks a lot :D

Best regards

I too purchased one of these from LL. The blue is definitely NOT 470nm but I was pleased to see that the blue was single mode, a PL450B most likely. In spite of the box being pretty badly crushed when I got the unit the alignment was pretty decent. The only complaint I have is that the red diode died (LED'd) after about an hour of use.

For the $123 (including shipping) I paid for the toy I figured it would be less hassle to just replace the red diode myself.

Anybody got a single mode red diode 638-650nm, around 200mW, they'd like to sell?
