now unlike the new KD lasers, DX has posted the wavelength as 473nm. BUT they also refer to it as a Blu-Ray Laser Module.
Im pretty sure DX is selling Blue(473nm) lasers here and these are Great prices if they output what they say they do! :cool:

The dot in the picture on the site looks blue to me, not blu-ray.

I'm confused :-?

i think DX got their engrish messed up. i dont think they understand the difference, but im quite confident that these are 473 nm lasers

to a camera, 405nm CAN look blue. which makes it even harder to decipher if it's 473nm or not. but at that price it's probably not a 405nm

Guys just fyi the blue lasers on dx are the ones that warnlaser is selling as their blue swot seriers. Boblaser also has them. Dx beats warnlaser's price on the 30mw by $10 and you get free shipping. Anyone here going to buy one of these and review it?

Yeah, more, too bad not new! (still quite expensive) I'm waiting on the New Wish 473nm 30mW for $299.99 ;D :'(;D

Don't worry, it might actually happen faster than you think... just four years ago 300mW was the most a guy could get and it was expensive...

Those are indeed great prices for a blue portable, but my gosh it's still pretty expensive for my tastes. Almost $700 for a 30mW pointer! Thats less powerful and more expensive then my argon! Then again I guess argon lasers aren't really portable.... Until I finish my summer project that is. ;)
