If you're seeing any blue at all, I think the diode is probably still good. The Moh driver is probably running it
just below threshold and transients are enough to make it briefly lase. I would recommend maybe getting
an X-Drive™ from DTR or Flaminpyro and running it with one of those. It would be far more reliable.

Or you could buy a replacement driver from one of the big companies that is actually meant for the module.

got an answer from lasever, here is what they wrote:
The current 2.6A is under rated. We did not set over-load current for the laser. As we made only the brass laser module and the driver board. The laser housing was not offered by us. Please may consult the seller of the handheld laser for help.
We are willing to sell you a new driver and diode if you want.

I tried today the original driver with a xml t6, my ampermeter shows 1.3A, nearly the same as the test load.
I think I'll buy a new driver to lasever.
