Prime all gold plated IR emitter made by Optek OP130 features a forward current of 100mA continuous, and a max power dissipation of 200mW. The OP130 is a high intensity gallium arsenide infrared emitter mounted in a T0-46 housing with a built in lens. Forward voltage is 1.75VDC, wavelength at peak emission is 935mm, radiant output (min) 1.0mW, and emission angle at half power point is 18 degrees. Brand new - full length leads. G15771
