I'm willing to trade a 445 9mm, or potentially an M462, or potentially something else, depending on what you have.

In general, I'm looking for a single mode 520 (PL520 ?) and 638 (HL63133DG ?).

Re: Looking for a Single Mode 520nm Green PL520

I don't have one for you, but to clarify, you mean the 50mW PL520 right?

Why dont you get them from DTR, it will be cheaper than a doing swaps for more expensive diodes?

Hes currently selling the 520s for $ 49 and the Oclaro 170mW is $ 65. I just bought exactly these two diodes for a yellow build...

Edit: Heres a sneak preview...:shhh:

A first surface mirror and a PHR turning mirror trans green and reflect red. Im almost there with the yellow dot, but its not quite perfect. The alignment really is a b***h;)

Ya, I might do that if I have to, but I'd rather not spend money, and I have lots of 9mm 445s, so I don't mind the imbalanced trade in someone else's favour. I'd be happy to trade 2x 9mm 445s for one of each diode (and someone else ends up $16 ahead of the game).

rhd I have a 87 mw 520 in a kryton grove that I would trade for a 462 or even a couple of 445

Hmmm, the diode would be great, assuming it's single mode, but I have no use for the kryton (and truthfully, am not really a fan of that host).

I bought some PL520 single mode diodes and I am not as impressed with them as I thought they would be, they still have a very pronounced rectangle output. Focusing them down will turn them into such a bright spot you can no longer see that shape, but it's still there, just smaller.

What diode did you buy? (Link)

Yep those would be the older PL520's. The new 5.6 mm and the 9 mm 520s do not have that weird square shape that I know what you're talking about.

Well the 9s still should..... because they're multi mode.
