445nm Diode Pressed into a Standard 12mm Aixiz Module
- 1084 Based Low-Dropout Custom Driver
---- @ 1760 mA Output Current
---- Reverse polarity protection built-in
---- Driver runs fine unheatsinked for at least 4 minutes (potentially 3 inside a host with no airflow)
---- run off 7.2V (so two lithium ion cells).
- Glass 445nm Coated Aixiz Lens

I don't have an LPM, so I can't give you a accurate answer. It's probably around 1500mW since it's running at 1666mA with a 3 element lens.

m140, it's the same module as I have in the picture below it, except it has leads from diode to the driver, and runs at 1666mA.

Anything laser related :p I'd prefer complete lasers, but as long as it's similar value, I'll probably accept
