Hey guys, I am currently buying a new phone from the UK and in turn want to use it with my current phone carrier. I would like to keep my current plan/cost per month the same, so I am going to buy the new phone outright. At the same time, my current phone plan is about to expire and in turn I would like to renew the plan, and in doing so I get a phone bundle with the new plan..... So to help pay off my new phone, I would like to sell the phone that comes with the plan. Following so far?

So I have a few phones to choose from... but only one can be bought, obviously. So I will sell the phone with the highest RRP first. So here they are in order:

Nokia X6 16GB - looking for $450 ono
Nokia N97 Mini - looking for $450 ono
BlackBerry Curve 9300 - looking for $450 ono
Sony Ericsson X10 Mini Pro - looking for $350
Nokia E5 - looking for $350
BlackBerry® Curve 8520 - looking for $350
LG Optimus - looking for $300
Motorola Flip Out - looking for $300

**All phones are 100% brand new and will be unlocked. All prices are in AUD!**

Leave your offers or PM me

Thanks for your time!

Yeah, first time I have stepped out and bought a phone that's not on a bundled plan.... REBEL!! :p

But this phone should be worth the hassle... I'm going for a HTC Desire HD

Can't wait!

i also wanna be a mobile phone seller...i tried working at a carrier before but they denied me. their fault xD maby il find a carrier where i can work one day.
I have loads of knowlegde about phones, especially iphones...and im a always happy person that can have a good talk with customers :)

@Ped: in my experience, LG create phones for special customers. if a customer likes sounds, eyecandy and a wellbuild phone, they should at least consider one. They dont break as fast as HTC's and iphones. but yeah their software is usally shitty and not much to do with it...

I COULD NOT Disagree more.

If i had a $ for every LG phone i'd repaired i'd be a millionaire.

Thier charger sockets practically fall off the board , they are JUNK, and i'm sorry but I have far more knowledge than you on this, I'm a qualified , practising mobile phone technician working 6 days a week doing nothing else. The LG phones are shockingly slow as well. iPhones and HTC's are well build devices so i'd love to see you back up that claim.

DO NOT get an LG phone, take it from someone who spends all day, every day repairing them.

I cant deny your experience then. But i know guys, and 3 of them had lg phones. One of them hit the concrete about 5 times and still works like new, exept for the scratches.
One of them got washed, and after laying it into the sun it worked again.
And one smashed it with a hammer because it was indeed a crap phone xD(lg cookie), but it couldnt survive that:p

Iphone storys: with first drop you can get lucky. But second drop makes your glass break, and sometimes the touchscreen to. Also many weird hardware problems.
Htc? Worst phones in my opinion. I had 2, and both had sms problems and garbage software(but i knew the software i was getting into). Now they have android is already alot better though. But cant praise them that much.

Those are my personal experiences.

Im really not that negative about lg...but i cant reccommend them either. Just buy a iphone and you have the best :D

Ok fair comment.

The iphone has a front glass, if you drop it, its going to smash, so the simple answer is....

HTC's are an aquired taste, if were talking strictly build quality...there very good.

If were talking operation/ software, there "ok".

Iphones are good all round, the 3gs and 4g have fast processors.

I myself have a Blackberry 9700 , which is just about the best phone ive ever owned, and i aint broke it once :)

Exactly. Never again will I buy an LG phone. Don't get me wrong it never broke down, but the damn thing would just loose signal downtown and would even reject (as if phone was off) calls when it had full signal, which ened up causing plenty of problems for me.

A cellphone can have all the cool gadgets and functions in the world, but the moment it becomes unreliable in its primary function to make an receive calls it becomes a royal POS in my book.

I ended up using it to record my tesla coil videos though as the camera was half decent, so I guess it wasn't a total loss with it.
