100% sure this is the same guy. Grammar is almost identical, same laser, same country, and Wolf had a hissy fit on the other thread about this thread. He was obviously pissed we sniffed him out.

Since there has already been so much talk about scamming and stuff, I was just wondering why are we so concern about this as a buyer? Paypal resolution centre would be avaliable if our item does not arrive? all we need to do is document the process and whatever that is promised to make a good case...

Any system can be manipulated. I'm not going into details here. Buyers always must beware of anything sold on the internet, and real life too.
