WTBorrow an exotic wavelength

Despite being into lasers for almost two years I have never seen another color than 532nm, 405nm and 650nm, and there's no way I'll have the money for anything else for a long time.
So I was wondering if anyone had a rare-color laser laying around, especially 473nm or 589/593nm, that they'd be willing to let me borrow for a few days, then send back.

I'll pay for shipping of course, and a little extra if you want.

Too much risk of shipping loss or damage for me.

So basically, you are trying to get someone to send a laser valued most likely between $400-$1000 USD to a stranger in another country just to let you borrow it.. and the you do not have the money to buy the laser, so if the laser gets broken, the owner of the laser is just out of luck?

You might be able to get someone to do this if you put out all the money up front. Say the laser is worth $500 and shipping each way is $40. You send $540 to the laser owner to cover the value of the laser, and the cost of shipping, this way the owner at worst case, breaks even. When the owner gets the laser back from you, he sends you back $490, keeping a $50 gift for being nice enough to rent you his laser. But, by this time you would have blown $90 and have nothing to show for it.. better off just saving for your own new WL.

My plan makes you give a lot of trust to the laser owner, but really it's no different than what you are asking for.

Yup.

But of course I will pay for the whole laser if it breaks or something. I have enough money to buy it, but I won't spend 70% of my entire savings on a single laser pointer. Then I'll rather buy a quality projector etc. This is much cheaper.

Want a 473nm sold as 20mw but should puts out between 30-45mw for around 200-250$ Not that bad.
