I think he's talking about the small metal ring you have to squeeze the ends together on, that holds the switch in.

No im talking about the spacer between the switch and the rubber tail. I found the Retaining ring in Home Depot.

I have PM'd Kenom, I didnt get back a responce. I may ask someone to make one if I can measure the dimensions correctly, but I would need to take the tail apart on my other barrel to do that.

no, in the tailcap you put the silicone cover, then the "spacer" which i think is what he talkign about, then the clicky, then that retainer ring that your thinking of.

jayrob probably knows the dimensions....and if not prob has some krytons with him nd coud easily measure it up.....down side is he'll prob charge you $20-25 to have it made...

i would also contact ehgemus and flaminpyro.....they both have access to lathes and could machine something for you.

i could get it but it's pointless cause the cost would be so high for me to get it made, then drive 30 minutes away to pick it up and ship off ect..

heh i'm a deep abyss of knowledge w00t! pretty good for someoe whos never even seen a kryton in person huh? lol

anyways, you BEST bet is you get hold of kenom, and i seriously doubt he'll have one to offer you seeing as any he has are prob meant for a host....but you can at least get the measurements of the spacer from him....once you've got the measurements i would contact jayrob ehgemus and flaminpyro and find out who offers the best deal to have it made.....

i would contact them all now though, since one of them may already have a kryton and could measure the spacer for you...

lol no reason to be sorry. Well if I dont find any washers that will work then I will try to get one made for me. The barrel only cost me 30$ so buying a spacer for 20$ is kind of alot. Still open if someone has one.

Anyone know if it is the same spacer used in the Kriton Groove?

Darkarmyofone sold it to me with-out the tail cap assembly. I know it was a steal, I just happened to be online the time he posted it.

Any luck??

And if you can get Jayrob to machine it for $20... now THATS a steal..

I dont think many people realize the machine-work involved in these things.

$20 for 30 mins of a Legends time... I'd pay $20 just for the opportunity to have a custom peice by Jay... "even though i have a million already"

lol! i guess you could call me a fan of Jayrob products ^_^

Anyways, Im sorry to hear you havent found the peice yet.

I speak with Jay daily, so i will try to remember to ask him, if he doesnt see this first anyways.

Lol Thanks dark, Flaminpyro just offered to machine it for me. I just need the dimmentions of the piece now. And I agree, Jayrob does do some nice work! I didn't realize Kenom had these pieces machined, I thought they were just bought the way they were like the retaining ring. I will PM jay or try Kenom again to find the exact size.
