I try to modify the existing drivers with these valus.

The Dorcy driver puts out 340mA using the 0.33 Ohm resistor, after I replaced the 0.33 Ohm with 0.25 Ohm it puts out 360mA. I would like to see the Dorcy puts out 420mA for Open Can diode and maybe 250mA for 16x diode.

so, you don't actually want them for current sensing... you want them to adjust current. If you don't know whether a particular resistor exists, not being able to find it is probably an indication that it doesn't exist. Try a pot somewhere or maybe even combine a few resistors (just google 'parallel resistor calculations') to get the desired result.

These resistors do exist, but the kits cost $50. The pot would be ideal if they can do 0.1 Ohm ~ 1 Ohm. I still need low Ohm resistors to run them in parallel.

or buy 0 ohm smd resistors they are really 0.2 ohms
I removed a 0 Ohm resistor from DVD circuit board and measured using digital Ohm meter set to 200 Ohm (lowest settings) I got 0.1 Ohm. I then used an analogue meter set to RX1, I got 0 Ohm.

there is no such thing as 0 ohm though it just has extremely low resistance that it doesn't really make a difference mine measure 0.2ohms
