Title says it all. I am looking for a pen style Blu-Ray over 100mw, no flashlight builds either please.

I Have 3 available on www.sweetlasers.com with adjustable focus, lavadrive V4, doing 125mW. They come with a glow in the dark sheet of photopaper and a diffraction grating. Check them out. In the video section you can see the lasers in action.

I agree that 115mA is about perfect for phr diodes, a little bit higher if you're using a heatsink. 95mW of violet will smoke just about anything if you focus it to a pinpoint.
