Hey guys.
For whatever reason I can't find a place to get an LPC. Does anyone here have some to sell or know of a store that stocks them?

Cajunlasers is out of stock of 826s.
I ordered an 815 sled from hightechdealz but its been nearly 10 days and no response to emails... I dunno what that's about.

I'd rather avoid ebay if possible.
Thanks in advance...

 short open can? LOC?

Sorry I'm a bit of a noob, what do those mean?

I just know they are exacty the same as every other LPC-826 out there from reputable sources

Gotcha.

Long open can = LOC
Comparing these diodes to the 445nm diodes, for example, you can easily tell the difference. One has a metal "can" over the emitter while the other does not. That's what open can means.
Short or long refers to the size of the emitter.
Both the 815 and 826 are LOCs.
Testing has shown that LOCs produce more power.

Edit: Thanks ARG.
I'm not interested in the SmOC (Small Open Can) :D
IIRC they are comparable to the LOCs but I only have 5.6mm modules.

Well... I have one 3.8mm module with a dead PL450b in it. It zombied just yesterday with only a couple minutes run time 125mW out. :(

Bump.
Anyone have any suggestions for LPCs in the USA?
I might just order from ebay...
