WTB: Low Power 635nm Diode

Hey I've been trying to find a/some low power (5-20mw) 635nm diodes just to make a custom build with. Nothing high powered. I'd like to see if anyone knows where I can get one for around or under $10.

I know $10 is a stretch to find a 635 diode, but I didn't know if anyone had an extra in low power they'd be willing to let go of

I have 9 spare 5.6mm 5mW diodes. (not the ones in my signature, they're 9mm diodes)

I'd say check laser66 on ebay for low powered ones. But for around $20 you can buy a 20mw 635 from modwerx.
