You can just edit the title of your threads and bump them instead of posting a new thread everytime you think of something to buy.

I dont really see the problem in creating new thread ever few days or a week, because they get tossed to the bottom fast. What do you guys mean by bump? Like remove the old threads?

You edit the title from WTB:150mw optotronics pen to WTB:150mw CNI pen. then you post "bump!", and your thread goes to the top of the list!

No!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Post bump in your old thread you already posted, and it will be at the top of the list as if you just posted a whole new thread!

Well is it ok if next time, I make a new thread and in the title say "bump"?
Sorry, it seems like you don't understand. :yabbem:
Hopefully this hypothetical scenario will help...

Monday: You create a thread entitled "want to buy xxx-laser"
Tuesday: The thread is at bottom because nobody has replied in a while. If you post (or anyone posts) in the thread, it will go to the top again.
Wednesday: You then change your mind and want yyy-laser. At this point, you should change your original thread title to "want to buy yyy-laser" and post "Bump" or :bumpit: or even "I am still looking for this laser" as the last post in the thread. Then, when you do that, the thread is "bumped" back up to the top of the list, and people see it. :yh:
Does this make sense?

Really, I just said bump in bold letters?
