Lol dude they'll ship fast. You do realize over 5mw lasers are illegal. So you're either buying from overseas or on the forums here. Just do express shipping and pay more if you want it fast

Don't play with that BB gun, you'll put your eye out. :D Seriously though be careful with IR it is unforgiving, and your eyes don't respond like they do to visible spectrum.
