Blue-ray is not blue it's violet, so if your looking for a blue laser, get a REAL blue laser.

Blu-ray is around 400 nm

blue is around 470 nm

Blu-ray is way cheaper but violet and harder to see the dot and beam.

Blue is WAY more expensive and IS blue and way easier to see the dot and beam.

Right, thats what I meant to say, Blu-Ray (violet)/Blue (Blue). Looking for either/both. :) :)

or you can just become color blind like me and pretend bluray is blue lol!!! I see blue ray better because of dichromatic color blindness.

You're not going to find a BLUE burner cheap. Especially handheld. By cheap I mean within 1k.

1 kilos USD is often not cheap for ppl...you could buy lots of stuff with 1K....

Please understand I did not mean dollar bills weighing to be a kilo, I meant 1,000.00 USD. I understand that is not cheap, and was my point exactly.

how many are you looking to buy?
if your wanting a lot, it may be cheaper for you to just buy the parts and send them to gooeygus to be built.
