@ FenixDelta753 - You can buy a much better laser from a builder here with a specific output over what both of the lasers you quote are likely to have and it'll probably be somewhere near the price you want, (don't quote me on that). You can certainly build a better one for less if you have some skills.
Look around but if the Arctic or Spartan were that good I think the owner would want to keep it. If it wasn't that good then there'd be a reason for selling it so cheap. Don't be too blinkered in your choice.
"Buy/Sell/Trade", section for you next I think.

I'm pretty crap with small electronics. I just purchased a Spartan from a member here on the forums.
