Any laptop with even a slight chance of keeping up with a desktop is not going to be very mobile when you take into account that a powerful laptop will destroy its battery extremely fast when being used.

If you need serious computing power the desktop is the way to go laptops just cant hang with the high power use.

Sorry for rejacking just had to get my .02 cents in on the uselesness of the electric leg warmer.

also no laptop is able to overclock as well as a desktop, when i see a laptop that can hit 4.8ghz on all 6 cores and able to play games at 7680x1600 res at 60fps I'll buy it, until then I'll stick to my computer
