The person from whom I purchased the 561 PGL-III-C attempted to scam me, and the laser I received was not a 561. At least it was not a bag of sand.

However, due to this unfortunate circumstance, I am now still in need of a 561nm laser. Please PM me with any offers.

Still no luck huh? I have a spare weak but working properly MG lab laser... but that's likely out if your budget ;)

If you really want one then you might want to give CNI a try, give them your chinese address which you can get from a shipping forward service. I'm not sure if they would accept but I don't see why not, since it will be just a local order for them. Just a thought but remember you are taking all the risks.

Well, in perfect honesty I was mostly just messing with you, but I could be convinced to part with it I suppose. They sell for $8400 new plus tax last I checked...

Lol. I wasn't kidding. Come on though that's chump change In the laser world ;) My portable ruby laser was something like 40K+ in the 70s. Imagine how much that costs now!

But fear not, I'm certainly not saying I'd be charging that much.

I just received a quote back from CNI for a 5mW 561 GLP. It's $470USD with $60 shipping to Canada.

With that being said, you'll then need to have someone ship that laser down to the US for you, so you're looking at about $600 right there. :)

Ouch... Maybe consider buying that 561nm LBO NL crystal on ebay and building one?
