WTB: Aluminum Block heatsink

Hello, I would like to buy an aluminum block to be used as a heatsink. Ideally, I would want it to be a 1.5"x1.5"x1.5" block of aluminum, with a .5" hole drilled in the center of it. If anyone could let me know how much this would cost, shipping would be to Houston, Texas (zip code 77079).
I'm assuming aluminum would be a suitable heatsink, and I was ideally aiming for something like this, except I would use my own laser instead of the supplied one. If anyone has any suggestions or comments, feel free to post them here.

There are folks here that can make you a custom heatsink of just about any size and shape. ;) Unfortunately I am not one of them. There should be a thread by some of them in this section. I bet a little leg work will pay off handsomely! ;)

Picture? Link? I am unsure what you mean by "70 mw dx ones".

Re:  WTB: Aluminum Block heatsink

$23 is a little more than I had budgeted for, and I'd hate to mess up a perfectly good 70mW laser... I really only want the aluminum block with a hole drilled in it so I could put some epoxy in there, then slide the Aixiz housing of my PHR-803T diode into the hole.

I'm away on a trip now and won't be back till the 15th so you'll need some patience. If you dont mind the wait, for $15 I'll ship you a decent Al computer heatsink with your 1/2" hole. There's probably someone around who can do it faster and cheaper though, so I dunno.

That's what I was going to suggest. Computer heatsinks are awesome because you can get active air flow across the heatsink. Mount the whole thing in a metal project box. I plan on building my BR labby like that. I'll post up some pictures and if I remember material costs.

Thanks for the referal ;D
I can make this/these for you, how many were you looking for?
For a simple 1.5x1.5x1.5 aluminum block with the correct-size bored through the center, fitted with 2 set-screws to retain the diode module, (no epoxy needed) would be about $15+shipping for one. but we could bring this price down a little with more. Tell me exactly what you want for the shape and size and I can be more specific with the price. Most of the price is the "set-up" of the various machines used to process these, more material will not make it cost much more, so do not be shy if you want it longer or wider.
I will be making a batch of Dorcy Jr heat-sinks tomorrow for sk8er4514 this weekend, (be watching for some nice-looking Dorcy lasers coming up from High Tech Dealz ;D), if we can work something out today, I could ship this to you by Monday, otherwise it will be at least a week.
I should probably work up a design for these, and make several for inventory, there seams to be a good demand. ;)
PM me if you are interested. ;D
