Does anyone have any 808nm diodes that can output between 500mW and 1W. i don't care if it's 5.6mm, TO-3, or C-Mount. just need one. can anyone help?

I have a supplier who can get those diodes. They charge ALOT for shipping, but i should be ordering a laser in the next few days and could just add it to my order

A 3W would be $95 shipped, but i will need to order it with my laser to cover the postage, otherwise on a single order it would be over $120. Let me know if u would like one. I can post a spec sheet like the 1W above.
