WTB 3.6v CR2 rechgeables

Hello all! I have one of Jake21's MXDL red burner builds(should be approx 160mw as per the compnents )

It is unlike DDL and Jayrob's bulds in that the host is the 3aaa MDXL usually suggested as a BR host. Fortunately, 2 CR2 batteries with a homemade sleeve around them fit nicely in the battery compartment

Right now I am running it on Energizer E2 lithums(3v each). I'd like to see what this burner can do with the proper 3.6v batteries, but not have to wait 2-4 weeks for them to get here from China .

Does anyone have any they are willing to part with maybe along with a charger, or know a U.S. supplier(that wont rip me an arm and a leg)?

BTW [smiley=thumbsup.gif] to Jake21 for a decent job on this laser. He is also very friendly to deal with and keeps his promises.

I'm not too familiar with the CR2 size batteries. Out of curiosity, I did a search and the only 3.6 volt CR2 that I saw was in E-bay....China:

That's also the same and only place I have found them.. eBay from china.. hence my hopes that someone has a couple they wouldn't mind parting with

Those are 3V Cr2 rechargeables and he is looking for the 3.6v kind.

Yup, the 3.6v are what I need Thanks for researching for me though!

Check on DealExtreme website...I bet they have them somewhere!
They've got everything else in the world!

I own those batteries and charger that Crossfire linked to, they charge to 3.60v, but after some use they drop to 3.3v.
