WTB 200mW-ish 532nm lab laser with analog modulation

I am looking for a 200mW-ish (100mW to 300mW) 532nm lab laser that has analog modulation. I do NOT want it if it ONLY has TTL modulation.

Thanks, but I can't find the 80mW model. How much are they? The closest thing I could find is this 100mW model: AixiZ

its this one-- 3 PACK 532nm 50mw adj power laser TTL AC 90-240VAC - eBay (item 360284722628 end time Aug-05-10 21:22:49 PDT)

he sells them one at a time too- description says 50 to 80 mws- but mine are over 100 when the pot it at full potential. AixiZ is not like some who BS you about output. If by some odd chance you had a prob with one of these- AixiZ is great about making it right.

3/169$= $56.33- you could combine two and get well over 200mWs- good HSing too.

I enclosed my drivers in a free metal box w/ a way to turn the pot thru a tiny hole w/ a small screwdriver.--can be seen in my albums at my profile page.

Those look great, but they don't have analog modulation. I need one that has 0-5V analog modulation.
