You won't find a >200mW for under $100 unless someones having a fire sale.
In the mean time, maybe someone will sell you a used one.

I want a subcompact car that can very comfortably hold 5 adults...

Green lasers aren't very good for burning, and there is the problem of IR if you want to burn...
Get yourself a 50-100mW green for pointing and a 200mW+ red laser for basic burning. Would be somewhat safer than a 1W+ 445nm, but still dangerous.

that sounds like a fantastic idea, then ill sell my old lasers on here, :3 i have a 100mw red dilda and a 200mw red pointer
I kind of like dinodirect, but finding things is another story..
if your into looking for lasers then could you help me find a 200mw green pointer? preferably one that isnt focusable actually, and also on dinodirect would be great as well.

That laser will NOT be 200mW. I'll be surprised if it hist 50mW....
Moebius pointed you in the right direction... personally I like the 200mW transformable from o-like a lot.
