1. Your ratios are off.

2. What is your budget? I highly doubt that you will find a 2W blue for any price that is reasonable to you, unless you have a commercial budget.

3. Good luck, post pics!

Oh, now I see. 1g 2r 2b. I'm building a project from scratch for my 2000mw red. Are you using a c mount? Or is it a ready made module?

There's a 5W 532nm Coherent unit in a lab right down the hall from me, actually in the lab that my officemate runs. It's neato. :eg:

Yeah, you're getting into big money stuff with these powers. But hey, if that's what you want, more power to you, enjoy! And make sure you're aware of ALL the legal ramifications of such a display system if you're planning on doing shows in public. Good luck!

the system will be 5 watts total 1w green 2w blue 2w red
all analoge dpss modules
the blue one will be financed by my family company so thats not a problem

i will use the projector for outdoor use, i organise outdoor festivals
at that power rate i wil NOT do audience scanning, dont even thinnk about it , just not gonna take the risk

You'd need like a 5 watt 808nm pump diode to get 1 watt of 537nm surely... there are some 5W 808nm c-mounts around this forum, perhaps these could be made into handhelds?

Hey!
In this powerclass there didn´t exists commercial avaiable 473nm DPSS lasers from chinese manufracturers - so 457nm is still the cheaper choice.
In the 2W class 445nm diodeblue would be a choice, it´s cheaper than 457nm DPSS or 2pcs. 1W 473nm and you haven´t the breakdowns, modehops (jellybeaning)etc. at the direct blanking of the DPSS.
On my 15W RGB I blank the 5W 457nm blue with AOM, thats the other choice. Diodeblue is only interesting from 500-2000mW, more isn´t interesting becouse of the not so good beamdata. Still I more like the 457nm blue, the 445nm "blue" is to violet - the mixing colors aren´t that nice anymore.
In this powerclass 473nm aren´t worth anymore.

Theres multiple online vendors that have 1W lab units. Might be hard to find 1W in a handheld.
