Wtb: 18650 Batteries W/ Charger

I need a bunch of 18650 Li-Ion batteries for some lasers. I have several units sitting here which I have never tested and I figure it is about time. I want 10 batteries and a charger for at least 2 at a time. I need the person to be in the US and able to ship the package out the same day via USPS Priority.

I have 20 unused protected 18650 cells and 10 2 at a time chargers both batteries and chargers go up to 4.2 volts. I'm in Cali
