Not sure if people get upset about 'bumping' threads that are a few days old but if so, Sorry :)

That 200mW rayfoss laser, I see they have the 5 point system (in which case some are FDA approved for USA citizens) I take if I live in USA, I can purchase these no problem later down the road? Also...200mW, Means its capable of burning and has a nice solid beam in a dim room, correct? This is much cheaper than the SkyLaser one I was going to get o.o

Yeah... I bought the new style 200mw green laser.

It tested 285mW average, 305mW peak. I can't wait till it comes!

Yes, if you live in the US you can purchase this no problem.
And yes you'll be able to burn things so BEFORE you do, get some safety glasses!

Protection Glasses for 532nm Green Laser

And
IMO if your used to 5 to 10 mW lasers, then this will appear nice and bright to you even in a lit room with no smoke.
In fact it may be a bit too powerful.
I can tell you my 150mW green is so bright it's scary.

cheers,
Chuck

Yeah, I planned to get glasses, I know lasers over 5mw are no longer toys. I would like a 200 since my 5mw, at night you can see its beam in my room, very faded. But it seems a 200mW is probably solid bright in dark conditions, and faded-bright in commonly light rooms. Plan to buy one, but maybe in a few weeks or a month. Hope its good!

The end aperture looks rigid...Are these adjustable in terms of focusing the beam?

It is focusable, and that's my next laser too. Can't wait to receive it.

Really? Sweet! I plan to buy the 200mW model (as linked above) my self, maybe next week. Didn't know it was focusable, Guess that means good burning ability for those who like to burn stuff :) 60 second duty seems decent I guess. The $295 version was rated 300 seconds but I didn't want to pay that much extra for more on-time. Do you live in the USA? And did you do the 10-18 days, or pay the extra for 3-6?
