Mrcrouse contacted me but unfortunately I don't have a single module that isn't in something else and just orderred more stuff from Fasttech so they won't be here for a bit.
Soulero did you try and adjust the pots on any of them? More than 1/2 the time I can get quite a bit more out of them. If you try, suggest you tweak the pot counterclockwise by a very slight amount with power off and then recheck being sure the module is cooled off. It's easier to do this with a constant voltage (such as a variable DC power supply) so that the batteries aren't a factor.
What I think you're also looking for is a module that is very stable as it kind of sounds like it will be on for some time?

The guy that that is for said it'd probably be about 2 minute runtimes. I would definitely prefer something more stable.

I have a brand new module that peaked at 80mw with a 18650 battery. I got it from laserlands the only kicker is that it is one of the 13mm modules but I am sure you wouldn't have an issue making a heatsink for it.
