WTB 100+ module (decision made/not buying anymore)

I've heard if you slowly ease onto a forum, and work yourself onto it, it doesn't hurt as bad your first time...but anyways:

My tax money should be in around March 10 or so, and I am looking to buy a complete module (not complete laser) with either a green or phr diode in it. I want the driver to handle voltages in the 3.0 - 4.2v range, and would want 2 3.6v batteries and a charger with it. I live in the US and have PayPal.

Please feel free to pm me with green or phr modules you might have around that time, with details and prices (including shipping), and I'll buy the one I want when my tax money comes.

o-like.com supplies very cheap, un IR filtered green modules. they have a 100mw module selling for 66 dollars, plus 4 shipping from china.

BluRay sells phr803 modules complete with a driver installed for 55$. you can put a battery to it and it will work, but hes been gone for a while
