Hi I'm trying to find a second hand (working) 100-150mw handheld laser as soon as possible. I tried ebay but I guess the legality of it all is a problem and there really weren't any there. I'm trying to buy this for some one who's been interested in these for a while and I thought it would make a good christmas gift. Appreciate any responses thanks!

try OPTOTRONICS!!!!!!! there is alot of other cheap 100mw plus lasers out there for cheaper price but i can say opto. is the better route in my book.....

I myself would not buy a high powered laser (>5mW) as a gift.

Especially not without proper safety goggles. (Which you MOST CERTAINLY need for a 100-150mw laser)

I have an overspec WL E2 that peaks at 111mW. If you're in the US, price is $90 including shipping.
Runs off of regular AA batteries.

Edit: The laser has excellent beam specs, so if you do catch a reflection, it will do harm to your eyes.
