Hi everyone! :)

I'm one of the few girls that loves lasers... lol

I want to buy a second 445nm, this time getting the most power possible from it. I want a good build with a good heatsink, if possible power metered.

I'm willing to pay up to US$400,00 for this build. The only catch is that I want it to be shipped immediately.

If there is someone interested, please PM me.

Handheld? Labby? That is going to be very hard with one 445nm diode. Take a look at this plot:

from http://laserpointerforums.com/f65/3x-445nm-ld-piv-plot-53927.html

Your going to have to have the driver set at 1.4-1.6w. That is more than a lot of the available drivers can do

User DTR was able to achieve 1.5W with Flexdriver maxed and 405-g-1 lens. Thats what I want.

Thanks :)

So do you want a hand laser or labby with a flexdrive and g-1 glass?

Contact DTR. He is currently working on combining 2 or 3 445 diodes in a single host. The damn thing uses 3x 18650 batteries and has a diameter about the size of a baseball.

Its a handheld.

DTR sold me one of his lasers, but not the 1.4-1.5W 445nm. :)

Thanks!

Yobresal did a 1.5W 445nm built, user nospin too. It isn´t impossible, you only need the right parts, a host big enough for a good heatsink or contact IgorT ;)

Flaminpyro is good at high power builds. My wolf goes a little over 1500mw.
