no chance

double that and i may consider it, as ive said the thermal heat sink compound isnt cheap and it also takes a long time to make these.

the alum bar is dirty cheap

definitely nice work! most people wouldnt believe the time invested for such an "easy" setup unless done themself.. ;-)
i would consider it if i did labbys (yet).. good luck, its a quality product, from what i can see!

indeed very easy and nice set up but very time consuming to make

seeing as no one wants it ill just turn it into a 500mw red setup instead

if i had 45 dollars i would definitely buy this. if it were me id put 4 6x's and combine them all. ;)

You can't combine more than 2 lasers with any number of beamsplitters - something to do with polarisation IIRC

very true, but you can still combine 4 reds to make 1 watt using just one cube. but the end result is two beams parallel to each other. works very well, ive seen it done a few times in projectors
