Yeah I have some if the normal acrylic lenses. And some spare springs and stuff too. The Taurus needs cleaning so I'll do that then post back.

Let me know how many lenses you have FS along with springs and whatnot. Also, if you have any Arctic Thermal Adhesive you would like to sell let me know on that as well. As for the Taurus I look forward to seeing some pics.

Yeah it's gotten worse over time because the lenses are soft acrylic. Drives me bonkers. But it still makes a nice laser dot when focused right.

General spare parts wise:

I have 5 acrylic lenses, 4 spare focus rings, and 2 spare springs left, and a somewhat scratched up but complete 9mm copper module left.

How much for the Taurus(pending pics) and the lenses/focus rings/springs? Also, how hard would the Taurus be to take apart?

Actually I thought the lens was damaged. Just cleaned it and found out it was indeed just dirty. I initially only cleaned the outside, but turns out that somehow it got dust on the inside surface too. It's back up and happy at a whopping 4.7mW and stable. The beam is faintly visible in my room when it's dark.

Not sure I wanna sell it now :eek: ... But it's easy to take apart actually. The cap just unscrews and the module is just threaded into it like the Galileo. It's fully serviceable. If you want it shoot me an offer. I'll still sell it if it's reasonable.

As for the parts, how does 0.50 cents each sound, or the whole bag for $10? (Includes the module)

updated OP again. Added a 589 module and a large HeNe. though not all the uniphase parts are here yet, so it'd have slight shipping delays.

ok....

@ru124t: I've gotten your 690nm module finished and tested as of right now. it hass happily just passed its testing phase and is happily running at spec at 35.6mW on its test bed. these aren't fresh batteries however so your mileage may vary. I'm using 2x 18650s in mine and it gives me about 40mW.

@IsaacT Sorry for the delays. I finally got more padded envelopes this morning.

I'll try to get both of the above orders out before I go to work, but they may have to wait till tomorrow morning. The normal PO is pretty far away, and I dislike paying double to go to the postnet or the branch office near where I work. I should have these bundled up tight and ready to go out ASAP however. I'll be packing and addressing them shortly.
