The GGW-H20L sled contains a 6x Bluray diode and the LCC, (Long Closed Can), red diode capable of being driven at 420mA. Check this thread for some figures - http://laserpointerforums.com/f51/diodes-compilation-all-diodes-data-one-thread-45042.html
