My name is Heath Lawrence, AKA "Glaserfan" at LPF. I am 34 years old, and a hell of alot more mature than at least half of the members of LPF(yourself not included). I am the undeserving receiver of the 2-week ban, for supposedly starting that thread which I did NOT.
Now before you start having thoughts of "Bullshit he's lying", hear me out please.
I found out over a month ago not to jump into things, or raise too much of a ruccus on LPF, You may remember me defending Jake21(to a point), when he copied Milos' laser design, and auction. I caught a lot of flak for that. Also, the whole time I was posting in that thread, I was talking to Jake on yahoo messenger and telling him to rethink his actions. I actually had a large part of getting that problem settled.
But, on to what cOld says are my beefs with you..and his "evidence" for banning me. I have NO beef with you major enough to ever start shit like that thread. Also, I do seem to have the balls to come forward to say, as the accused anyway since that is all I myself am,"Here I am". I can't do this in the forum because cOld baned me for two weeks. Anyway, now there have been times that I disagreed with your actions.. well, you know of them, because I have put one vague statement or the other in the threads.. BUT, did I ever do anything about it, NO.. Did I speak with forum members in PM about it, yea well I did. And as I tried to say in the "cleaned up" AMK GB thread, I did have a time where someone harassed my daughter on the net, not sexually, just namecalling and swearing, and the Cops DID find the person and penalize them for it.. In that thread I mentioned this to you, actually trying to save you any grief in the case that something like that may happen. I got a few PM's about that post. You wan honesty, you are getting it.. MY part anyhow. I am not used to a forum like LPF. I am a member of many different frums, and LPF is the ONLY one that tolerates the things that members say in there.. That takes a bit of getting used to......
My real opinion of you is that I see you as a respected member, and you have actually helped me with advice in the past. Although I wish you wouldnt blast off. BUT, that's your choice, not mine.

Anyhow, cOld seems to have made his "judgement" against me based on all this.
Now, on to the REAL truth. I do have a friend, named Dan Sikes, that comes to my house(well, used to but not since a few days ago when I chewed his ass up down and backwards for doing such a stupid thing especialy from my computer), and has spent many hours reading the info on LPF with me. He is the type of person who LOVES to argue, trust me. He also does NOT have an internet connection from his home, which seems probably to be a good thing. He has spent alot of time trolling the forum, but never posting on my name. He has also griped and complained many a time about you and many other members bitching at each other on the forum.
So, the other day, he asked to stay at my house insted of riding downtown to the store with my GF and I, or just going home, saying he waqnted to use the computer. Now he has never given me a reason not to trust him--until that day. I left the house, computer on, yahoo signed in, and all my passwords, save eBay and PayPAl, automatically stored in my computer. This includes the fact that all he had to do was click this email box, my other forum links, and my LPF link, and my name signs in automatically(Even if i log off the computer still saves the password and as soon as I click the link, it logs me in again). I cam back, and there he is at my computer, looking at that thread. I said that whoever the new terminatorz guy was, he had some serious stupid balls. He lauged, and said "Stupid? HaHa I did it". He also lauged and said " I even clicked on your name ond put a vote in for you!", and then went on to BS about pretending to be a respected member....Lets just say an argument ensued, a BIG one. He left, and hasn't spoken to me since.
You see, there are quite a few BIG reasons I would never do that. For one, all cOld would have had to do is look up the IP on that post, and match it up to my actual ID, the probably ban me for life. Two, I have transactions going on on LPF. I had a laser for sale(now sold, and no way to contact the buyer thru LPF- which looks BAD for me), I am part of AMK's and Airy's Group buys, and now can't contact them. I also have more lasers to sell, and eBay is NO place to do this.. my best bet was LPF. As a businessman in the laser hobby, I am sure you know that you have to make something on your investment, and enjoy providing a good product to your customers, just like me. A 2 week ban is going to put an HELL of a damper on my $400+ investment..... In short it sucks to be me right now, and I myself didn't even deserve it. This is why I pm'ed cOld, but all that got me was banned, and flamed hard as a "liar" in the thread by everyone. If ther's one thing i am NOT.. it's a liar.
So here I am and theres my story, the raw truth. Now that I have told you theis truth, I ask a favor of you... Please think this over, and contact cOld, or even start a thread in the forum, hell even post this letter in it if you'd like. I have NO way to contact cOld without my membership, as he has no links to contact him on the site. I need my name back ASAP, and am hoping by writing this to you I can set this straight. I dont think you can ask for a more "stand up" way of doing so that I have done here.

The only thing I threatened is to report you for abusing minors on the internet, which WILL result in you losing all internet privileges, therefore rendering you unable to run your online shop. My name is Heath Lawrence, AKA "Glaserfan" at LPF. I am 34 years old, and a hell of alot more mature than at least half of the members of LPF(yourself not included). I am the undeserving receiver of the 2-week ban, for supposedly starting that thread which I did NOT.
Now before you start having thoughts of "Bullshit he's lying", hear me out please.
I found out over a month ago not to jump into things, or raise too much of a ruccus on LPF, You may remember me defending Jake21(to a point), when he copied Milos' laser design, and auction. I caught a lot of flak for that. Also, the whole time I was posting in that thread, I was talking to Jake on yahoo messenger and telling him to rethink his actions. I actually had a large part of getting that problem settled.
But, on to what cOld says are my beefs with you..and his "evidence" for banning me. I have NO beef with you major enough to ever start shit like that thread. Also, I do seem to have the balls to come forward to say, as the accused anyway since that is all I myself am,"Here I am". I can't do this in the forum because cOld baned me for two weeks. Anyway, now there have been times that I disagreed with your actions.. well, you know of them, because I have put one vague statement or the other in the threads.. BUT, did I ever do anything about it, NO.. Did I speak with forum members in PM about it, yea well I did. And as I tried to say in the "cleaned up" AMK GB thread, I did have a time where someone harassed my daughter on the net, not sexually, just namecalling and swearing, and the Cops DID find the person and penalize them for it.. In that thread I mentioned this to you, actually trying to save you any grief in the case that something like that may happen. I got a few PM's about that post. You wan honesty, you are getting it.. MY part anyhow. I am not used to a forum like LPF. I am a member of many different frums, and LPF is the ONLY one that tolerates the things that members say in there.. That takes a bit of getting used to......
My real opinion of you is that I see you as a respected member, and you have actually helped me with advice in the past. Although I wish you wouldnt blast off. BUT, that's your choice, not mine.
And again, does any of this mean i am stupid enough to create a new name, and fore up shit like that, definitely NOT.
Anyhow, cOld seems to have made his "judgement" against me based on all this.
Now, on to the REAL truth. I do have a friend, named Dan Sikes, that comes to my house(well, used to but not since a few days ago when I chewed his ass up down and backwards for doing such a stupid thing especialy from my computer), and has spent many hours reading the info on LPF with me. He is the type of person who LOVES to argue, trust me. He also does NOT have an internet connection from his home, which seems probably to be a good thing. He has spent alot of time trolling the forum, but never posting on my name. He has also griped and complained many a time about you and many other members bitching at each other on the forum.
So, the other day, he asked to stay at my house insted of riding downtown to the store with my GF and I, or just going home, saying he waqnted to use the computer. Now he has never given me a reason not to trust him--until that day. I left the house, computer on, yahoo signed in, and all my passwords, save eBay and PayPAl, automatically stored in my computer. This includes the fact that all he had to do was click this email box, my other forum links, and my LPF link, and my name signs in automatically(Even if i log off the computer still saves the password and as soon as I click the link, it logs me in again). I cam back, and there he is at my computer, looking at that thread. I said that whoever the new terminatorz guy was, he had some serious stupid balls. He lauged, and said "Stupid? HaHa I did it". He also lauged and said " I even clicked on your name ond put a vote in for you!", and then went on to BS about pretending to be a respected member....Lets just say an argument ensued, a BIG one. He left, and hasn't spoken to me since.
You see, there are quite a few BIG reasons I would never do that. For one, all cOld would have had to do is look up the IP on that post, and match it up to my actual ID, the probably ban me for life. Two, I have transactions going on on LPF. I had a laser for sale(now sold, and no way to contact the buyer thru LPF- which looks BAD for me), I am part of AMK's and Airy's Group buys, and now can't contact them. I also have more lasers to sell, and eBay is NO place to do this.. my best bet was LPF. As a businessman in the laser hobby, I am sure you know that you have to make something on your investment, and enjoy providing a good product to your customers, just like me. A 2 week ban is going to put an HELL of a damper on my $400+ investment..... In short it sucks to be me right now, and I myself didn't even deserve it. This is why I pm'ed cOld, but all that got me was banned, and flamed hard as a "liar" in the thread by everyone. If ther's one thing i am NOT.. it's a liar.
So here I am and theres my story, the raw truth. Now that I have told you theis truth, I ask a favor of you... Please think this over, and contact cOld, or even start a thread in the forum, hell even post this letter in it if you'd like. I have NO way to contact cOld without my membership, as he has no links to contact him on the site. I need my name back ASAP, and am hoping by writing this to you I can set this straight. I dont think you can ask for a more "stand up" way of doing so that I have done here.
