I was thinking of getting rid of them because they can be so dangerous to the eyes. I know that others may have more practical uses for them. I bought them to burn things and that is just not very practical for me considering the cost of them and the potential dangers of them. I was going to post them in the buy sell and trade section but I do not have enough posts. For now they are not listed for sale for that reason. I of course have two separate eagle pairs that are very gently used. I do feel as though I can use these safely but it is just too easy for the class 4 lasers in my collection to accidentally blind someone and so I figured I might send them to a new home some day. If I ever do, I do not plan to let them go for almost nothing, they and my glasses are all very gently used.

I also live just over the hill from a small airport. Although I do live so close to that airport, I would never ever point them at an aircraft of anything and getting rid of these would be the best way to minimize the chance for accidentally committing a crime.

What lasers do you have?

Also its usually best to have enough posts for the bts section. Even if you kinda have to just make small talk in a thread. Buy trade sell will give you better results.

Either way I'm interested. What lasers do you have for sale?:yh:

I should take some photos and host them so I can link them. I decided laserpointerforums would be the best place to get rid of them since they are more likely to be bought by someone who knows the risks of operating these. As much as I don't want anyone getting hurt with these, they are no longer my responsibility after the tracking on the package shows they were delivered.

Ah okay that sounds good. So what wavelengths and powers do you have? I'm on the lookout for a few new ones to add to my collection:D

I have these ones here:

DSC_0012a736.JPG - imgup.net

DSC_0013ee82.JPG - imgup.net

They are two one watt red (650nm). Then there is a one watt 445nm

The black one is a green (532nm) one of unknown power but it does not seem to burn anything.

In the photos of the one watt lasers there is one with a bad switch but works otherwise. That one is the red one still in the bubble wrap. I saved the bubble wrap that the one watt ones came in. I can not tell you for sure if they are one watt because I do not have an LPM. I bought them from eBay advertised as one watt or 1000 mw. They may be more powerful or they may be less powerful. The blue one takes two 16340s inserted negative end in first and the green one takes an 18650 loaded the same way. The red ones take an 18650 loaded with the positive in first. One of the red ones has a bad switch but works if you can replace the switch. They are the same switches and battery caps and are interchangeable.

Hello Chuckh,

I will go ahead and move this thread to the B/S/T section. However, you need at least 20 posts before a member can start selling their items. Once you reach 20 posts, which is only 4 quality posts, I'll open the thread back up for you & you'll be on your way to selling. :yh:

Goodluck!
