yes to all. I have just ordered another batch of the hosts and should have them in a few weeks. All gray since that seems to be the color preference.

AuslasersSuck, I could do all you suggest and if you search and see the AG13 L1154 357A LR44 GPA76 are all the same battery. Cost shipped to aussie is $60

in the states it's $50 shipped. Yes it is the original teenie burner not the white one.
