I have a PHR-803T on soldered onto a Rckstr Micro Drive V3, HOWEVER it doesn't fir into the 'barrel', the barrel and top 'touch' but that's it, it won't screw in because touching is as far as it'll go. Somebody with more experience could sand it or something, or make it in a project box, but I want a little bit more portability. Also, it's set at 100mA (or atleast it should be...). I want to trade it for a PHR soldered onto anything that'll fit into an aixiz module, I'd like it to be set to 100mA (what's the mW output of a PHR at 100mA?). So that includes flexdrive, groove, a rckstr (that fits, it needs to screw on) any drive that fits, I really don't care. I'd also like to know what I should use to power it, I hear that flexdrives don't have a voltage dropout, so I'd like to know what I need to power my module that I may be getting... Thank you! And I will try to get pics tonight...or tomorrow...I'll do my best

i dont think many people will be interested to trade a module that doesn't fit for a module that does fit, good luck with the trade though!

With the Rkcstr I've found that it is much easier to "fit" it into an aiXiz if before you solder it onto the diode, you sand down the two side edges and the rear. You can sand it down until it is very close to the components without any harm. I sand down all of mine destined to be inside a module

With its stock dimensions it is a very tight fit. If you do not get it soldered close enough it will not screw down any way.

If you can get it screwing on, but not quite all the way down, you can add a little adheisive to the threads to hold the rear tight without screwing it down tight

You can drill the back of the aixiz module out, but you would still need to solder the driver to the diode. I also did as posted above.
