Thanks geeo that's exactly where I got them ;)
Also yes, I lit a match or two before taking the picture.
I did it mainly for the Bluray. You can see the beam on the green one without any smoke.

oh ok. My bluray was really nice. To bad i broke it trying to move it to a different host.:( I will probably get another one or two. Anyone know how you remove the module without breaking anything?

I tried taking apart two new wish hosts. Both attempts ultimately failed, but the only way that came close to working was to use wirecutters to start a cut on the brass host, and then pulling/twisting the brass off.

The attempt failed because, one of the pliers I was using didn't hold, so I ended up flinging the laser very hard against a wall... it didn't work after that:cryyy:

Same except I have failed with like 3, 2 regular ebay ones and one from here. I might try again and just cut it open with a hack saw or something. I just want to switch hosts...

Maybe purchase a 40W CO2 laser to cut the top off ;)

;guys try the styropyro trick get a block of wood drill a hole in it then cut in in half and put it in a vice put the laser between the halves and twist :beer:

Hey guys sorry to say I won't be able to ship out lasers for this next week. Going to my sister's house for Thanksgiving and won't be bringing all my lasers. I'll make a note in the OP and let you all know when I can start taking orders again!

Of course, feel free to continue to order they just won't ship until the Monday after Black Friday.
