No thank you dude. So did you end up putting in the diode for use with 3 10440 batteries or is that going to be on my to do list?

It is currently running on 3 10440s, but you can tweak it all you want considering its yours now. Just be careful taking it apart, because you dont want to twist the wires all up and break a solder joint or something.

I've been lurking around this forum for about a year, and recently decided to sign up and start posting, since I've been using the forum so much lately. I've never noticed anyone else in norcal, but yeah I've noticed plenty in socal.

I trolled around for a long while before I ever posted anything as well. Everything seemed so advanced at the time I was affraid to post anything. It seems like the discussions 3 years ago were a little more technically advanced but that could just be the way I saw it.

Luckily by the time I got into lasers I knew a thing or 2 about electronics and circuits, so that part isn't so hard for me, it's the optics where I feel a little clueless:confused:
