This is a great deal - an approx. 1.5 W kryton groove build for $110, that's the same price as a common 1 W C6 !!

Thanks for the positive comments guys. About the 1.5W estimate, it is a pure estimate, the driver is 1.6A so I am guessing its 1.5W, may be more, may be less

Where did you get the diode? Was it used already or you bought new, and assembled the laser?

I got it from a gb, brand new, and assembled myself. For shipping to brazil I would say $10, if its any more I'd pay for it no worries.

it will probably be much more than 1.5W at 1.6A, usually 1.8A will get you >2W,
