How recent is the LPM test?

Also maybe I missed it, but divergence, beam diameter?

Okay I am going to try and answer all the questions here:

Beam Divergence: Just calculated it to be 1.9mRad
LPM Test was done when I purchased it two years ago. I cannot afford an LPM because I am poor and this hobby is taxing enough without the cost of an LPM. I will say that I cannot notice any difference in power, brightness seems as brilliant as ever, and burning capabilities seem the same.
Beam Diameter: at aperture between 2mm and 3 mm. Typical distances 5-6mm. The hard part about beam diameter is that it changes...so yeah.

One last thing. I was asked about taking a little less for it, and this is my answer for now. I will take 240 shipped IF: you send it on paypal as payment owed so that PP doesn't dip their paws in. 250 is including shipping and paypal fees, so for now, that is the only way I feel comfortable lowering the price.

PS-if/when someone purchases the laser, it will be shipped out no later than the next day, as long as the post office is open. I will notify you with Delivery Confirmation number immediately when I return from mailing it.

What recourse does one have if you send money as payment owed?
if its lost or doa, or severely underspec?

The only issue with that is that it will cost the buyer more money due to shipping charges. As for the recourse question, I don't know. I guarantee it will not be DOA.

EDIT: I would love to send it to someone to have LPM'd, but I make $7.50/hr and have a car payment and have to pay for college, so I really can't afford to just throw out 15 bucks shipping it to and from somebody. Any suggestions on course of action from people who have more experience would be wonderful.

Price lowered to 240 shipped. No weird PP workarounds, I'l take the fee. I cannot say what output it will be, however as I said I cannot tell a difference. This will protect you from Lost or DOA goods, however.

If you're shipping via USPS priority, IIRC it's ~$8. I suggest you have the final buyer pay for shipping twice, and send it to a middle man to LPM. DPSS lasers have been known to degrade over time.
