For sale - Aurora SH032 single 18650 battery 450nm, 2.8W (Max 2.9W) handheld -

Same beautiful stainless steel polished host, fully thermal potted laser and driver. Run time ~1M on and 1-2M off depending on ambient temperature. Focus adapter is 2mm wider than handheld.

Selling with 2 - 18650 4000mAh 3.7V UltraFire Lithium Batteries and dual charger

PLTB450's are rated at 1.4W at HOBBY standards. Doesn't seem possible to push 2.8 out of one.

i know, thats why i said super efficient :na: slightly thinking its a 445nm mislabeled on accident but interested to see the answer :D

Could also be an 9mm 445, overdriven meaning the wavelength has probably gone up some.

EDIT: direct from that site "445nm – 450nm visible laser to 2.8 watt output power" and he uses all jayrob's pictures

Actually he's selling "working" lasers and as I know with no unhappy people so far...

To All - I am sorry. The diode is a 9mm 450nm Some of them work more effiently, others less. I have had 3.3W after AR coated glass lens units still working. 445nm diodes I have never go above 2W even with cooling (active/TEC)

I appreciate the comments, I like them. Sorry I did not get back to them earlier.

This one used a more efficient diode. I think the asking price is fair (I have sold many for more and have a great rep) - PM if interested, I'll take $240 shipped CONUS

Jayrob has allowed me use of the photos as I had a "laser pointer KIT page" Some of my images, for handhelds are in my albums on LPF - Mitch The point was, Jay knows I'm using them.

Even if he allows you to use them, its always 100 times better to use your own photos. its such a turn off to buyers if they see someone using other peoples photos, even if they have permission to do so.

BTW its a 9mm 445nm diode, the reason why your "445nm" diodes dont go above 2W is probably because your using a M140 or A140 diode. 9mm diodes however are still 445nm

The agreement was that you can use my photos if your buying kits from me...

But if your no longer buying kits from me, but going around me with your own stuff, then I don't want you to be using my photos.
