Hey All,

For Sale: 445nm Laser Kit in a 2x 14500 host. "Diode Not Included"

I Only have 1 kit.

Here is everything you need to build a 445nm when you have already purchased your own diode. This is pretty much a quick and easy host to build in but some skill is required. Like Soldering which most know how to do. Its as simple as Solder 3 things only. Which i will explain bellow.

Here Is What You Get:

1x Host that takes 2x 14500 3.7v cells
1x Full Body style Heatsink
1x Custom Focus Adapter & Stock one
1x X-Drive V6 "Set to 750mA, 1.2A or 1.5A"
1x 445nm Glass Lens
1x 12mm Module top
1x Lens Spring
2x 14500 3.7v protected batteries
1x Wrist strap
1x Microfiber cloth

The Spring and the Black wire will be connected to the driver already and you will not have to do anything on that side of the driver.

I will include something that you put around the spring so the driver does not not bend around and i will include some insulation tap to wrap your the driver.

Here is what it should look like when you are done and ready to put it into your Heatsink.:)

I will Offer Full PM Support if you need any help.

Price:

Re: FS: DIY 445nm Laser Host Kit

That is a NICE kit with a REALLY NICE price! I mean, heck, with all those extras and the heatsink it would almost be as much as the entire kit costs.

Too bad I'm strapped for cash right now and in the middle of a major build as is.

Thanks Buddy.:)

Its a 1 off.:)

Maybe i should mention that in the OP as this is the third time someone thought this is a long term kit thread.

There is alot of work into making full body heatsink. Iam sure you know that. Your the King of full body heatsink.

The Time it take to get it Just right so everything is a tight fit is Nuts. It take near double the time for me at least to make a full body heatsink. No matter how many times you measure it with a caliper when you get close to finish, you have to keep trimming a hair every time until its perfect and take it on and off the lathe and test it in the host to make sure its tight and there is no gaps.

Do you have more than just the one?

No I dont sorry.:( Its a 1 off.

I think someone wants it already iam waiting for his second response.
